“It’s essential that you do your own research, get the right products, but also make sure that the products that you’re using are suitable for your skin type,” she says.
While we have a few recommendations here, there are so many other ways you can ensure your skin looks and feels great.
“Take a look at what products you use and how much you apply, and do your best to make sure you’re doing it correctly,” says Rauach.
If you have sensitive skin, you may want to look for a skincaring product with a pH adjuster, which will help the skin feel more sensitive and prevent breakouts.

Moisturising products: Blemish remover, conditioner, exfoliant, serum, serums A moisturising product will help to keep your skin hydrated, as well as keep your face moisturised and your skin healthy, says Rausch.
“Moisturisers and conditioners can both be moisturising, but there are some that can be a little more gentle,” she explains.
The key here is to find a moisturiser that is well-absorbed and doesn’t leave your skin feeling sticky or dry.
“If you apply too much moisturiser to your skin, your skin will feel dry and dry-sensitive, and if you use too much it can be hard to control the amount of product you apply,” says Coyle.
