There are two things you want to know about fruit and vegetable skin care: Which fruits and veggies are most refreshing, and which ones do you want the most to keep in your skin?
For me, my goal is to keep the most refreshing fruit and vegetables in my skin.
But how refreshing?
Fruit and veggies can be a little bit like water, with varying amounts of nutrients and hydration, but the water is generally salty.
I also think fruit and veggies should be able to withstand high temperatures.
I want to be able the fruits and vegetables I’m eating to be safe to eat for extended periods of time, so I’m looking to keep them fresh.
Veggies are different: They can have varying levels of nutrients, but they don’t tend to have a lot of nutrients in them.
Vegetables are generally watery and can absorb some of the minerals in the fruit.
For me that means I’m going to want to avoid fruit and greens with high levels of sodium, as that could increase my risk of kidney stones.
Fruit and greens have different textures and textures can also vary.
I like my greens to be light, as light is better for my skin than being full of minerals.
The best thing about fruit is that it doesn’t taste like anything else.
That means it’s not bitter, it doesn.
And if it’s packed with nutrients, it’s good for you.
