What happens when a natrist uses an outdated medical doctrine?
And how can you avoid a similar fate?
We asked naturopathy and facial care specialists to share their tips on what you should do if you’re feeling unwell after a visit to a naturist.
The best answer came from Dr. Jennifer Hockenberry, an associate professor of medicine at the University of California, San Francisco.
“It’s very important to understand that a lot of people don’t really know what to do,” she said.
“For example, I’m a family physician and I see many patients who are really uncomfortable.
And they ask me about their symptoms and I say, ‘Oh, your symptoms are all over the place.
What do you want me to do?'”
Hockenberries advice to you: Get a face peel.
The more you peel, the more the body adjusts to the healing process.
That’s the most effective way to get rid of a skin disorder.
“The more you use the peel, you’re likely to get more of a protective response,” she explained.
“And it’s probably a better strategy to use a mask.”
The best thing you can do is wait for the results of a physical exam to come back.
This will help you decide what to focus on.
Dr. John O’Brien, a professor of clinical pediatrics at Harvard Medical School, said it’s best to wait a few days before you do anything.
“I think it’s good to wait until your doctor has examined you,” he said.
“That way, you can start to make an educated decision.
If it’s an emergency and you’ve been having these issues, then you should be able to make that decision.”
It’s also important to know that you don’t have to go to a dermatologist or a hospital immediately after you’ve had these issues.
I can do it on my own time. “
I do it with a doctor’s appointment.
I can do it on my own time.
I don’t need to be there.”
For example:If you’re worried about allergies, it’s possible to try to treat them by removing the symptoms.
“You don’t want to take a drug and have an allergic reaction.
If you’re really allergic to a drug, you should get it off your face,” O’dney said.
If not, you might want to consider an allergy medicine.
“There are a lot more ingredients in facial creams and other products that have the potential to make the skin more sensitive,” O’sney explained.
You could try taking a vitamin B6 cream or some skin-lightening product to help.
O’Brien recommends using sunscreen if you don, in fact, have an allergy.
“Some dermatologists suggest that if you get sunburned, you don’ need to do a face scrub,” he added.
O’dany said it is important to be aware of what you’re getting yourself into by taking these steps.
“You need to understand your skin is your home,” O’thney said, “and your skin can be a great place to start.”
